**The address associated with the business is just a UPS Store for shipping purposes as I do the work out of my residence. Please do not go to that address and I will gladly meet you somewhere convenient for you in the Kansas City area to pick up and return your glove.**

2.) Once you have finalized your order I will contact you to finalize all the details.

      *Please feel free to contact me before or while you are placing an order. Also, if you are unsure about exactly what you are ordering, just place the order that you think is closest to the service(s) you desire, and then we can discuss exactly what you want.

3.) No extra shipping charges will be added to your order for regular ground shipping. 

     You pay to ship the glove to me. 

     I will pay for return shipping to you.

     If you desire express return shipping, there is an option at checkout and there       will be a flat fee of $20.  

4.) If you live in or around the Kansas City metro area, I will gladly meet to pickup and deliver the glove at no additional charge.

4.) Be sure to check back often as I will continually be adding new gloves for sale.

*I have over 15 years of experience repairing baseball and softball gloves.

*I played baseball at the college level, and I also umpired and coached at the high school level.

1.) Due to the nature of lace and the use of gloves there is no warranty or guarantee, BUT I will always discuss options with you to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with the product/service.

2.) You may choose different colors of lace for different sections of your glove if you desire multiple colors of lace to show off your team spirit.

3.) If you desire multiple colors of lace, order lace service with one of the colors you desire and then email/text/call me and we can discuss the look you are desiring.

4.) If you are wanting only section(s) re-laced on a catcher's or first base mitt, please follow the diagram of a regular fielder's mitt with 4 possible sections to re-lace.
